Can I return my order?

Dovargo products are custom made to order. As a result - we don't accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once orders are placed. Please be sure to check that your design and shipping address are correct prior to completing your purchase. I received a defective product, now what?

No worries! If you received a defective product caused by our factory/craftsmanship, please email us photos of the defective product to: Dovargobrand@gmail.com with your order number, and we will ship a replacement out to you.

 

How can I get help with my order?

We work hard around the clock keeping our costs down from production to shipping them to your doorstep. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, unfortunately FedEx & DHL does not ship to PO Boxes.

 

How long does it take to make and receive my custom Dovargo items?

Custom items made on Dovargo.com take the following time to process:

 

Production time: Approx 5-10 business days

Shipping time: Approx 1-2 weeks

Shipping estimates are based on destination.

 

Where are my custom items made?

We print and ship our custom products from our US and Overseas facilities.

 

Can I cancel my order after I have completed check out?

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Changes can only be made to your order if Customer Service reaches out to you about an issue with your order.

 

Will Dovargo share my personal information with anyone?
